When is the Christmas room available?

It's a seasonal, limited-time room, open roughly from late November through December each year. Holiday weekends fill fast, so we always recommend booking early to lock in the time slot your crew wants. Once the season wraps, the room is packed away until next year.

Bookings are paid in full at the time of reservation through our online system. That secures your time slot and your crew's spots in the room, which matters during the busy holiday season. What's your cancellation and reschedule policy?

Accepted Answer

Need to reschedule? Call us at (208) 999-3398 at least 48 hours before your game time and we'll move you to another slot. Need to cancel? You can cancel for any reason up to 4 hours before your game time, with a $50 non-refundable deposit.

How far ahead should I book?

The earlier the better. The Christmas room is only here for the holidays, and weekend slots in December go quickly. Booking online ahead of time is the surest way to get your crew in during the season. While you're here, you can grab a festive drink at The Explorers Club, our on-site bar for guests 21 and up.
