When you interact with Labyrinth Escape Games - whether by booking a game, signing up for our email list, or browsing our website - we may collect the following types of information:

• Booking and reservation data: Your name, email address, phone number, group size, and the game room and time slot you have selected. This information is collected through our booking system, Bookeo.
• Payment information: Credit or debit card details entered at the time of booking. Payment processing is handled by Bookeo and its payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Email address: Collected when you make a booking, contact us directly, or opt in to our marketing emails.
• Waiver data: Participant names, ages, and signed waiver acknowledgments collected at check-in for each booking session.
• Cookies and session data: Technical identifiers placed on your browser to help our website function and to understand how visitors use our site. See Section 4 for more detail.
• Analytics data: Aggregate and pseudonymous data about how visitors navigate our website, collected via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. This includes pages visited, time on site, device type, and general geographic region.
• Communications: Messages you send us via email or contact forms, including the content of those messages and any attachments.

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, process bookings, and communicate with you. We do not purchase or obtain personal data from third-party data brokers.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To fulfill your booking: Processing your reservation, charging the correct amount, confirming your group size, and preparing your game room experience.
• To send booking confirmations and reminders: Transactional emails confirming your reservation details, date, time, location, and any pre-visit instructions.
• To respond to inquiries: Answering questions submitted by email or contact form in a timely manner.
• To improve our service: Analyzing aggregate usage patterns to understand which game rooms are most popular, identify website friction points, and refine the booking experience.
• To send marketing communications: Promotional emails about upcoming events, new game rooms, special offers, and seasonal promotions - but only when you have opted in or made a booking and have not opted out.
• To comply with legal obligations: Retaining booking and financial records as required by applicable tax and business law.
• To protect safety and security: Maintaining waiver records to document participant consent and age compliance.

We will not use your information for any purpose materially different from those listed above without your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not trade, rent, or exchange your data with third-party data brokers. We do, with your consent, share a limited set of hashed (pseudonymous) identifiers with advertising and measurement partners so we can understand which campaigns bring guests to us. Under California law this activity may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out at any time (see Section 5, Your Rights and Choices).

We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate our business and measure our marketing:

• Bookeo: Our online booking and payment processing platform. Bookeo receives your booking details and payment information to process reservations. Bookeo operates its own privacy policy, available at bookeo.com/privacy.
• Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic patterns. Data is pseudonymous and aggregated. Google may process data on servers outside the United States. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Microsoft Clarity: We use Clarity for session recording and heatmap analysis to improve website usability. Clarity collects anonymized interaction data. See Microsoft's privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com for details.
• Mailchimp: We use Mailchimp (operated by Intuit) to send marketing and promotional emails. If you are on our email list, your email address and name are stored in Mailchimp. See Mailchimp's privacy policy at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy for details.
• Advertising and measurement partners: When you consent, we share a limited set of hashed (one-way encrypted) identifiers - such as a hashed email address plus the ad click identifier from your visit - with Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft, and TikTok so we can measure which ads and campaigns lead to bookings. These identifiers are pseudonymous and are sent server to server. We do not send these partners your name, raw email, phone number, or payment details. You can decline or withdraw this at any time through the consent banner, your browser's Global Privacy Control signal, or the "Do Not Sell or Share" choice described in Section 5.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Labyrinth Escape Games, our staff, or our guests.

Our website uses cookies - small text files stored in your browser - to enable core functionality and to gather analytics data.

• Session cookies: Required for the booking flow to function correctly. These expire when you close your browser.
• Google Analytics cookies: Persistent cookies (typically 2 years) that track returning visitors and session behavior in aggregate. Identifiers are pseudonymous and not linked to your name or email.
• Microsoft Clarity cookies: Used to record anonymized session replays and generate heatmaps. Data is not used for advertising.
• Bookeo cookies: Set by the embedded Bookeo booking widget to maintain your session state while completing a reservation.
• Advertising and personalization cookies: Used, only with your consent, to measure ad campaign performance and to recognize you across the advertising platforms named in Section 3. We manage these through Google Consent Mode, which means that if you decline, these signals are withheld and only privacy-safe, modeled measurement remains.

Your cookie choices: When you first visit, our consent notice lets you accept, decline, or choose exactly which categories to allow, and you can reopen those choices at any time. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal automatically: if your browser sends it, we treat that as an opt-out of advertising sharing without any further action from you. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings, though disabling all cookies may affect the booking widget. To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout); to opt out of Microsoft Clarity, visit clarity.microsoft.com/optout.

We never sell your personal information for money, and we do not build behavioral profiles for sale to third-party data brokers.

You have the following rights with respect to the personal information we hold about you:

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records (see Section 6).
• Opt out of marketing: Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also contact us directly to be removed from our list.
• Data portability: You may request your booking history in a portable format where technically feasible.
• Opt out of advertising sharing (Do Not Sell or Share): You can stop us from sharing your hashed identifiers with advertising partners at any time, using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control in our consent notice. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal automatically as a valid opt-out.
• Manage your consent: You can reopen the consent notice at any time to change which cookie and tracking categories you allow. Declining advertising and analytics never affects your ability to browse the site or book a game.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

We do not discriminate against any individual for exercising their privacy rights.

We retain personal information for the following periods:

• Booking and payment records: Seven (7) years from the date of the booking, in accordance with Idaho state tax requirements and general business record retention best practices.
• Waiver records: Seven (7) years from the date signed, in accordance with Idaho statutes of limitations.
• Email marketing lists: Until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove your address. We periodically purge inactive contacts who have not opened emails in 24 months.
• Customer service correspondence: Three (3) years from the date of the last message.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics and Clarity retain data per their own platform policies, which you can review on their respective websites.

When the applicable retention period ends, we securely delete or anonymize the information.

Our website and online booking system are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a consenting adult during gameplay. The adult booking on behalf of a minor group is responsible for providing accurate participant information and signing the required waiver on behalf of all minors in the group.
