Is the room private to our group?

Yes. Every booking at Labyrinth Escape Games is private to your group. No strangers will join your session. When you book a room, the entire space is yours for the full 60 or 75 minutes.

How long is an escape room?

Accepted Answer

Classic rooms at Labyrinth are 60 minutes. Epic rooms are 75 minutes. Plan for about 90 minutes total including check-in, briefing, gameplay, and debrief.

Are escape rooms fun for kids?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ages 8+ for most rooms. The Lost Mine (Boise) and Excalibur (Nampa) are specifically designed for families. Most rooms are not frightening at all. The Eternity Experiment has atmospheric gothic elements and is recommended for ages 13+. Kids under 10 get discounted pricing.

What happens if we don't escape?

About 30-40% of groups don't escape, and they still rate the experience 5 stars. Your game master walks you through the room after time's up, showing you how close you got and what you missed.

Can just two people play an escape room?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Several rooms accommodate 2 players: Dead Man's Chest (Boise), Tomb of the Pharaohs (Boise), Excalibur (Nampa), Shipwrecked (Nampa), and Tomb of the Pharaohs (Nampa). Couples play date nights here all the time.

How much do escape rooms cost?

Classic rooms (60 min): $38.99/adult, $33.99/kids under 10. Epic rooms (75 min): $49.99/adult, $44.99/kids under 10. Same pricing at both Boise and Nampa locations. No booking fees or hidden costs.

What is the cancellation policy?

To reschedule, call at least 48 hours before your game time (Boise (208) 999-3806, Nampa (208) 999-3398). To cancel, call up to 4 hours before your game time; cancellations are accepted for any reason and are subject to a $50 non-refundable deposit.

Is there a way to leave the room if I need to?

Every exit in our rooms opens freely from the inside - you are never trapped. No one is required to stay, and re-entering is allowed if you step out. Your game master watches on camera the whole time and can assist immediately.

Where is Labyrinth Escape Games located?

Labyrinth has two locations: Boise at 168 N 9th St Ste 250, Boise, ID 83702 (phone: 208-999-3806) and Nampa at 1213 1/2 1st St S, Nampa, ID 83651 (phone: 208-999-3398). Nampa is 20 minutes west of Boise on I-84.

Does Labyrinth have a bar?

The Explorers Club bar and lounge is at our Nampa location only. It's Idaho's only escape room bar - guests can bring drinks into the game room. Boise does not have an on-site bar, but downtown 9th Street has walkable restaurants and bars.
