How long is the Shipwrecked experience?

The game runs 60 minutes from the moment the clock starts. Plan on about 75 minutes total at our Nampa location once you factor in check-in, the in-character briefing, and a quick photo and debrief at the end. Aim to arrive 15 minutes early so we can start the clock on schedule.

What does 4D mean and what are the effects?

4D means the room engages more than your eyes. Expect atmospheric fog, flashing lights, and a few cinematic sensory surprises that make Skull Island feel real. It's immersive and fun, not scary - there are no jump scares. There's flashing light, but not a sustained strobe.

Can we bring drinks into the room?

Yes, and it's the magic of our Nampa location. Grab a beer, wine, or a cocktail from The Explorers Club bar and lounge at the front of the building, then walk it straight into Shipwrecked. It's one of the reasons this room is a favorite for date nights and group outings.

Do I need to pay a deposit when I book?

Bookings are paid in full at the time of reservation through our online system. That secures your time slot and your crew's spots in the room. You'll get a confirmation email with arrival details right after checkout. See room pricing for current rates.

What's your cancellation and reschedule policy?

Need to reschedule? Call us at (208) 999-3398 at least 48 hours before your game time and we'll move you to another slot. Need to cancel? You can cancel for any reason up to 4 hours before your game time, with a $50 non-refundable deposit.

Is Shipwrecked accessible?

The room is not wheelchair accessible, so please contact us before booking if anyone in your crew has mobility needs and we'll talk it through. There's one low doorway with an alternate way around - just let our staff know and we'll set you up.
