Terms of Service

All reservations at Labyrinth Escape Games are made online through our booking system, powered by Bookeo. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms of Service.

• Payment required at booking: Full payment is collected at the time of reservation. We accept major credit and debit cards through Bookeo's secure payment processor.
• Group size: Our game rooms accommodate groups of 2 to 12 participants depending on the room. Group size must be accurately represented at the time of booking. Attempting to bring significantly more participants than booked may result in a rescheduled or refused session.
• Booking confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after completing your booking. Please review it carefully and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect.
• Arrival time: We ask all groups to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled start time to complete check-in, sign waivers, and receive a briefing. Late arrival may reduce your in-room time, as sessions end at the scheduled time out of respect for the next group.
• Location: Confirm which location you have booked - Boise or Nampa. The two venues are approximately 20 miles apart and host different game rooms.

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests while accounting for the operational costs of holding a room.

• Rescheduling: All reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled game time, subject to availability. Call your booked location to reschedule.
• Cancellation: You may cancel for any reason up to 4 hours before your scheduled game time. Each game carries a $50 non-refundable deposit.
• Late cancellation and no-shows: Cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled game time, and no-shows where you have not contacted us, are non-refundable.
• Labyrinth-initiated cancellations: In the rare event we must cancel your booking due to staff emergency, facility issue, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or a priority reschedule at your choice.

To keep everyone safe and ensure the best possible experience, all participants must meet the following requirements before entering a game room:

• Waivers: Every participant must sign a liability waiver before entering a game room. Participants who have not signed a waiver will not be permitted to play. Waivers for participants under 18 must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Minimum age: Participants must be at least 8 years old. Children aged 8 to 15 must be accompanied by a participating adult in the same game room. We do not offer supervised child-only sessions.
• Adult accompaniment for minors: Any group that includes participants under 16 years of age must have at least one adult (18+) playing in the same room. An adult may not book a room for minors and wait outside.
• Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are required for participation in some game rooms. Open-toe footwear (sandals, flip-flops) may be restricted for certain rooms for safety reasons. Check your booking confirmation for room-specific requirements.
• Sobriety: Participants who appear visibly intoxicated will not be permitted to play and will not be eligible for a refund. Our staff's judgment on this matter is final.
• Physical considerations: Some rooms involve low lighting, enclosed spaces, mild physical activity, or special effects including sounds, lighting changes, or atmospheric elements. Guests with relevant medical conditions should review room descriptions and consult their physician before booking.

These rules exist to protect the integrity of the experience for your group and for every group that plays after you. Violations may result in your session being ended without a refund.

• No phones for puzzle-solving: Mobile phones and other internet-enabled devices may not be used to look up hints, solutions, or information related to the puzzles. Phones must be silenced. Photography and video recording inside game rooms is not permitted unless expressly authorized for your session.
• No outside alcohol: Guests may not bring their own alcoholic beverages into game rooms. At our Nampa location, guests are welcome to purchase drinks from the Explorers Club bar and bring them into the game room as part of that venue's experience. Outside alcohol is not permitted at the Boise location.
• No physical force on props: Puzzles are designed to be solved with logic, observation, and communication - not strength. Do not force, pry, break, or damage any prop, lock, or set piece. Deliberate or negligent damage to props or set elements may result in a charge to recover repair or replacement costs.
• No removing items from the room: All props must remain inside the game room. Do not take any items as souvenirs.
• Game master authority is final: Your game master monitors your session and is empowered to provide hints, pause the game for safety, or end the session if these rules are violated. Their decisions on in-room matters are final.
• Respect the space: Treat the room, props, and furnishings with care. Do not climb on furniture, touch light fixtures, or interact with areas clearly marked as off-limits.

By booking and participating in a Labyrinth Escape Games session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Escape room experiences involve active participation in a themed environment that may include dim lighting, theatrical sound effects, fog or atmospheric effects, physical navigation of a set, and puzzle-solving under time pressure. Participation is at your own risk.

Red Thread Studios, INC (operating as Labyrinth Escape Games), its owners, employees, and game masters are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from normal participation in any game room experience, provided that such injury or loss is not caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Every participant is required to sign a separate liability waiver before entering a game room. The waiver is the operative legal document. These Terms of Service summarize the waiver's key provisions but do not replace it.

If you have a physical condition, medical concern, or disability that could be affected by the game environment, please contact us before booking so we can advise on room suitability.

Our liability for any claim arising out of your booking or participation is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question.

Labyrinth Escape Games gift cards are available for purchase online and at both locations.

• Location-specific: Gift cards are issued for a specific location (Boise or Nampa) and may only be redeemed at the issuing location. Please confirm the recipient's preferred location before purchasing.
• No expiry: Gift cards do not expire. The value is available until fully redeemed.
• No cash value: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. They are redeemable only for game room bookings at the applicable Labyrinth Escape Games location.
• Non-transferable between locations: A Boise gift card cannot be applied to a Nampa booking, and vice versa.
• Lost or stolen: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Treat your gift card like cash.

We occasionally photograph guest groups before, during (via game master screen captures), or after their escape room session. These photos may be used for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media accounts, and printed materials.

• Opt-out available at check-in: If you or any member of your group prefers not to be photographed, please let your game master or front-desk staff know at check-in. We will note your preference and ensure your group is not photographed during your visit.
• Social media tags: If we post a photo that includes you and you would like it removed, contact us at [email protected] and we will take it down promptly.
• Guest photography inside game rooms: Guests may not photograph the interior of game rooms (puzzles, props, set design) without prior written permission, as room interiors are proprietary to Labyrinth Escape Games. Victory photos at the end of a session are permitted with staff approval.

All game room concepts, storylines, puzzle designs, set design, artwork, branding, written materials, and digital content associated with Labyrinth Escape Games are the exclusive property of Red Thread Studios, INC.

You may not reproduce, share, publish, or distribute descriptions of specific puzzles, solutions, or game room mechanics in any form - including blog posts, social media, video content, or review sites - in a way that would constitute a spoiler or reduce the experience for future guests. We encourage sharing your general experience and emotions without revealing specific puzzle solutions.

The Labyrinth Escape Games name, logo, and visual identity are registered trademarks or common-law marks of Red Thread Studios, INC. Use of these marks without written permission is prohibited.

Any unauthorized commercial use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, your booking, or your participation in a Labyrinth Escape Games experience shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho. By using our website or making a booking, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be available at labyrinthescapegaming.com/terms/. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
